We provide a range of health and wellbeing services at our centre in Rackheath, Norwich and can also provide local domiciliary home therapy services within Norwich and surrounding areas at your convenience.
We formed in 2023 following the merge of MAAAR Fitness and Body Sculpt Therapies where we were able to expand our services offered including physiotherapy, massage treatments, cupping, yoga, and fitness coaching. We also decided to change our name to Holistix Therapies as we believe this name is a better reflexion of the services we have to offer, our ethos and our vison for the future. "Your Health and Wellbeing Matters"

"I have been in the Health industry since 2004 and I have experiencing working as a physiotherapist for the NHS, government and private sectors. I have a clinical background working within acute hospital, clinic based, community/domiciliary and sports physiotherapy settings in London and Norfolk. I still work in the NHS as an musculoskeletal physiotherapist and have gained vast experience working with special vulnerable populations including the frail and elderly, people with long term chronic health conditions, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities.
I believe the best way forward to better managing health and welling to to take a more preventative and holistic approach. I incorporate this into my own lifestyle, and deliver this in practice to help others take ownership of their own health and wellbeing through tailored education, advice and simple lifestyle changes that can fit around their busy lives. I have a keen interest and developed a good understanding of alternative holistic therapies and offer aspects of this into my practice. I am also a certified in yoga, massage, and cupping therapy, have had training in Pilates, mindfulness, and cognitive behaviour therapy, and a qualified adult and children mental health first aider.
I also have a strong sports and exercise back ground working in sports physiotherapy for the London Bronchos Rugby league, have worked as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer. I have personal experience as a keen endurance road cyclist tackling some gruelling mountain passes in the Alpines, as an amateur bodybuilder making it through to the British finals, and more recently my own my training has been performance focused geared towards Crossfit. For my down time, I enjoy some personal yoga practice, chilling with a movie and playing games with friends and family.

To me, fitness encompasses a broad spectrum of elements. It goes beyond simply working out and includes understanding the importance of rest and recovery, managing proper nutritional intake, regularly reassessing and adjusting workout plans, establishing fitness goals, and breaking them down into manageable steps. It's about the holistic approach of setting targets and progressively achieving them one by one. Fitness, in its entirety, embodies a comprehensive understanding of physical well-being and the implementation of strategies to optimize overall health and performance.
With my experience at UEA Sports Park and various fitness organizations, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse community. This includes engaging with young people, individuals with special needs, conducting one-on-one sessions, leading family sessions, and facilitating both small and large group sessions. Interacting with such a range of individuals has been incredibly fulfilling. As a people-oriented professional, I understand that the ultimate reward lies in assisting others to unlock their fullest potential and become the best versions of themselves."
